Who we help
We work with senior professionals across sectors, including executives stepping into new leadership roles, returning after a career break, or taking on bigger internal responsibilities. We also support founders, partners and senior specialists who need stronger visibility, and leaders becoming more public through speaking, stakeholder engagement, media, or regulated scrutiny.
We have particular experience supporting leaders whose previous role has ended in complex or difficult circumstances, for example redundancy, dismissal or contentious exits, where there are sensitive questions to manage.

Delivery and executive presence session (90 minutes) A practical coaching session focused on how you talk about yourself. Executive Impact Retainer

This is a personal PR and coaching offer, delivered via a monthly retainer, combining positioning, thought leadership and performance preparation.
It provides structured support for senior professionals who want to raise their profile, strengthen sector visibility, or position themselves for board level and senior leadership opportunities. Work typically includes narrative and messaging development, opportunity mapping, review and shaping of thought leadership, and preparation for high impact moments such as interviews, panels, media engagements, and senior stakeholder conversations.
The retainer can run as a focused project over a few months for a specific transition or campaign, or as longer term support to build and sustain profile over time.

Initial communications and coaching strategy: We start by designing a joined up strategy that sets your positioning, narrative, priority audiences, thought leadership themes, and the key moments you need to prepare for.
You leave this stage with a clear plan for the next 30 to 90 days, and an agreed approach to delivery.Preparation and performance coaching: Focused coaching ahead of key moments, including messaging, talking points and rehearsal, with feedback afterwards so each appearance builds confidence, consistency and authority.
Profile raising activity and opportunity creation: We identify and pursue the right visibility opportunities, including blog and thought leadership topics, reactive comment opportunities in national and trade press, panels, webinars, podcasts, awards activity, and speaking engagements.

Meet the Team
The programme is a special collaboration between two strategic communications professionals, Jonny Harris and Sarah Mason. We bring complementary experience in reputation management, narrative development and high stakes stakeholder communication, and have designed this as a single, joined up offer.

Sarah is a senior communications adviser and spokesperson coach with extensive experience helping international brands and high-profile individuals craft and deliver compelling messages that resonate.Previously a Corporate Communications Director at global PR agency Hill & Knowlton, Sarah began her career as a national newspaper journalist, giving her the ability to develop effective personal narratives that are received effectively by diverse audiences. As a qualified executive coach, she creates supportive, practical environments that help leaders to build new communication habits with confidence, particularly when navigating sensitive situations.
Sarah works with clients to articulate their own stories using simple, persuasive language, adapt their style for different audiences and platforms, and handle challenging questions or high-pressure moments without losing their composure. Her sector experience includes professional services, FMCG, healthcare, retail and entertainment, and she has partnered with senior leaders across these industries to refine their messaging and strengthen their delivery in front of cameras, microphones and live audiences.

Jonny is a strategic communications specialist who focuses on reputation management and high stakes media engagement. A qualified solicitor, accredited mediator, and former press regulator, he brings a rare understanding of how legal risk, media narratives, and public perception intersect. He has worked with senior leaders, founders and high-profile individuals through major career transitions, contentious exits, and periods of close regulatory, legal or media scrutiny. That experience means he understands both the formal processes clients may be navigating and the less formal, but equally important, court of public opinion. Jonny helps clients define a clear leadership narrative, prepare for challenging interviews, panels, and board conversations, and make good decisions about what to say and how to say it. His style is calm, pragmatic and highly tailored, with particular experience in professional services, sport, education, charity, and regulated sectors.
